Translation of books and articles between Swedish and English

Since 1995 I have been in private practice and worked as an editor and translator for the Swedish publishers Mareld and Studentlitteratur. Most of the translation work is done in collaboration with my daughter Cecilia Brodin. For four years I have been the Swedish editor of the Nordic Family Therapy Journal Fokus på familien.

I am a member of the editorial board for  the web based journal International Journal of Collaborative Practices.

Translated books

• Translation into Swedish of five papers by Harry Goolishian and Harlene Anderson (among the papers were Human systems as linguistic systems. Evolving ideas about the implications for theory and practice. Family Process 27: 371 – 393) compiled as a book in Swedish: Från påverkan till medverkan (From influence to collaboration). Stockholm: Mareld 1992.
